Chlamydastis smodicopa is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1915. It is found in Brazil and Peru. The wingspan is about 30 mm. The forewings are whitish, sprinkled with light fuscous and with a small fuscous spot on the base of the costa and brownish spots becoming dark fuscous on the costa at one-fourth and before the middle, and a larger one at two-thirds, where a brownish line, fine and dentate on the upper half, then thick and straight, runs to the to
