text: Chlamydastis mochlopa is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1915. It is found in Guyana. The wingspan is about 40 mm. The forewings are white, sprinkled with fuscous and a small dark fuscous spot on the base of the costa. There is an irregular cloudy fuscous line from one-fifth of the costa to one-third of the dorsum, strongly curved outwards and angulated below the middle.
