text: Chhath is an ancient Indo-Nepalese Hindu festival native to Nepal and the North India. It is celebrated especially in the Indian states of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh; and the Nepalese Autonomous provinces of Koshi, Lumbini, and Madhesh.
