Charles George Drake was a Canadian neurosurgeon known for his work on treating aneurysms. Born in Windsor, Ontario, he received his BSc and MD degrees from The University of Western Ontario. From 1974 until 1984 he was Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the University of Western Ontario. In 1986, he co-founded the Robarts Research Institute, which was Canada's only independent medical research centre until its recent merger with the university.
