Charles Creighton Stratton was an American farmer and politician who served as the 15th Governor of New Jersey from 1845 to 1848. He was the first popularly elected governor following the adoption of the 1844 New Jersey Constitution. He also served in the New Jersey legislature during the 1820s and represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives from 1837 to 1839 and 1841 to 1843.
