Casper's Famous Hot Dogs is a San Francisco Bay Area-based chain of hot dog restaurants established in 1934. The local chain was founded by Armenian American co-founders Kasper Koojoolian, Paul Agajan and Stephen Beklian who moved to California from Chicago before operating a small grocery store on the streets of Chicago. A move to California initiated the building and expansion of what was to become Caspers Famous Hot Dogs, an award-winning hot dog chain in the San Francisco Bay Area. Casper's
