It lies along Pine Creek in the Pine Creek Gorge, upstream of Waterville, along Pennsylvania Route 414. Mill Run, which flows through the nearby Tiadaghton State Forest, enters Pine Creek at Cammal. The Pine Creek Rail Trail passes through Cammal.
