It begins at the Décarie Expressway in Snowdon, part of the borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, and runs east and southeast along the periphery of Mount Royal to Park Avenue in the Plateau, terminating near Mount Royal Avenue.
