Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV is an American animator, illustrator, media personality, and actor. He is best known for creating the animated television series The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy, and Bunsen Is a Beast for Nickelodeon.
