Buen Pais is a small town located in Tuxpan Municipality, Jalisco, Mexico. The population was 224 according to the 2020 census. It's close to two major cities, Colima and Guadalajara. For the most part Buen Pais produces corn, agave and sugar cane. There is also a small silver mine. Buenpais is also known for its rough terrain which bicyclists enjoy using. In October 2007 there was a video made featuring cyclists using there roads for bicycle races it also has many pictures of the town featured
