The Buckridge Ranch House, near Point Arena, California, was built in 1869. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is located on the Garcia River near Buckridge Road, about 5 miles (8.0 km) from Point Arena. It is an I-house, apparently two rooms wide and one room deep. Its significance is stated in the National Register nomination:
