The parish also includes the hamlets of Bearscombe, Goveton and Ledstone. The parish is surrounded clockwise from the north by the parishes of Woodleigh, East Allington, Frogmore and Sherford, Kingsbridge, Churchstow, and a short boundary with Loddiswell.
