Brian Thomas Moynihan is an American lawyer, investment banker and businessman who is the chairman and CEO of Bank of America. He joined the board of directors, following his promotion to president and CEO in 2010. He is a member of the Council on Competitiveness and Partnership for Rhode Island, among other boards. He is slated to become the Chancellor of Brown University on July 1, 2024.
