James "Brandon" Spencer is an American politician from Kentucky. First elected as a constable in Floyd County, Spencer was elected to the Kentucky House of Representatives from the 95th district as a member of the Democratic Party in 2006 after defeating incumbent representative Chuck Meade in the primary election.
