Brahim Mokhtar Boumakhrouta is the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic Minister of Cooperation. He is a prominent member of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) diplomatic corps. He has had several postings around the world, both as Polisario representative and SADR ambassador.
