Brøndby Kommune, a municipality in the former Copenhagen County, is on the east coast of the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 20.85 km (8.05 sq mi), and has a total population of 39,067 (2024). Its mayor Kent Max Magelund, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party. The site of its municipal council is the town of Brøndbyvester.
