The Brăila Municipal Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Brăila, Romania, and is the home ground of Dacia Unirea Brăila. It holds 20,154 people. The stadium was opened on August 21, 1974 and was built on the ground of the old Vasile Roaită Stadium, a small stadium that had only one stand. Over time the stadium was renovated, the most recent were made in the summer of 2008, ending up with the mounting of 8,000 seats on the 1st and 2nd stand, decreasing its capacity from 25,000 to 20,000 also in
