There have been two baronetcies created for persons with the surname Boothby, both in the Baronetage of England. One creation is extant as of 2022. The Boothby Baronetcy, of Broadlow Ash in the County of Derby, was created in the Baronetage of England on 13 July 1660 for William Boothby, subsequently High Sheriff of Derbyshire from 1661 to 1662.
