Božidar Matić was a Bosnian politician and academic who served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina from February to July 2001. Additionally, he was Minister of Finance and Treasury during that period as well. While a member of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, Matić was rector of the University of Sarajevo from 1981 to 1985, and was also the director of Energoinvest.
