William Frazer McColl Jr. was an American athlete, surgeon, and politician. He is best remembered as a college football star before becoming a professional with the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL), for whom he played from 1952 to 1959. He played college football for the Stanford Cardinal, earning consensus All-American honors twice and finishing third runner-up in the 1951 Heisman Trophy voting.
