Carlos Bertram Clarke was a West Indian international cricketer who played in three Test matches in 1939 as a leg-spin bowler. Clarke took six wickets in his three Test appearances but the whole 1939 tour brought him 87 wickets at an average of 21.81 including career best figures of 7/75 against Hampshire.
