In 1949, it was renamed "Beijing No. 4 High School." In 2005, it merged with Beihai Secondary School and resumed junior high school enrollment. In 2008, some teachers from Ethnicity Unity Secondary School were merged into the school. The school merged with Beijing No. 63 Secondary School in 2015. It currently has four camp
