Balliet Run is a tributary of Big Wapwallopen Creek in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 7.3 miles (11.7 km) long and flows through Dorrance Township, Hollenback Township, and Butler Township. The watershed of the stream has an area of 7.23 square miles (18.7 km2).
