Bajory Małe is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Srokowo, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Srokowo, 25 km (16 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 87 km (54 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. The Bajory Małe Lock of the Masurian Canal is located near the village.
