text: Badimia vezdana is a species of foliicolous (leaf-dwelling) lichen in the family Ramalinaceae. It is found in the shady understory of undisturbed lowland rainforests in the Neotropics. The lichen is characterized by its pale bluish-grey colour and distinctive yellow to orange-yellow apothecia. It was described as new to science in 2011 by lichenologists Robert Lücking, Edit Farkas, and Volkmar Wirth.
