Bączek is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skarszewy, within Starogard County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Skarszewy, 9 km (6 mi) north-west of Starogard Gdański, and 39 km (24 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
