Austria was represented in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom, with the song "Who the Hell Is Edgar?", written by Teodora Špirić, Selina-Maria Edbauer, Ronald Janeček, and Pele Loriano, and performed by Špirić and Edbauer themselves under their stage names Teya and Salena. The Austrian participating broadcaster Österreichischer Rundfunk (ORF) internally selected its entry for the contest. Teya and Salena were announced as the Austrian representatives on 31 January 2023
