Ashok Kumar Sarangi is a 1987 Batch Grade-A Officer of Reserve Bank of India. He was a Chief General Manager in RBI. He was also the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) and Transparency Officer. He is the only public sector executive to simultaneously hold these three positions. He was also editor of the journal Without Reserve.
