text: Angika, also known as Dakshin Maithili, Anga, Angikar or Chhika-Chhiki is an Indo-Aryan language variety spoken in some parts of the Indian states of Bihar and Jharkhand, as well as in parts of Nepal. It is a dialect of Maithili language. Angika dialect of Maithili language is little-bit influenced by Bengali, and Magahi languages.
