Andrew Thomas Cayley,, is a King's Counsel and was His Majesty's Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service from 2021 until February 2024. He was appointed by the Attorney General of England and Wales, Suella Braverman MP, KC on 19 January 2021. He is now a Principal Trial Lawyer at the ICC. Cayley was the United Kingdom's Director of Service Prosecutions from 1 December 2013 to 2 November 2020. He was the International Co-Prosecutor of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Cambodia from 27 November
