André Michel Moyen was a Belgian teacher, journalist, and intelligence agent. In World War II, Moyen was a member of the Belgian Resistance, and during the Cold War, he founded the Belgian Anticommunist Bloc (BACB). He was a member of the Belgian General Information and Security Service (GISS). During the war, Andre also coordinated activities in Belgium for the Office of Strategic Services, and his OSS contact Robert Solberg.
