Alejandro Saravia is a Peruvian chef who was born in Lima, Peru on June 13, 1982, and has lived in Australia since 2006. He is the co-owner and Executive Chef at Farmer's Daughters in Melbourne and Victoria by Farmer's Daughters in Fed Square, Melbourne. Saravia studied marketing at university and worked as a brand manager before following his passion for food to train as a chef.
