Adamów is a village in Łuków County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Adamów. It lies in northeastern corner of historic Lesser Poland, approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-west of Łuków and 60 km (37 mi) north of the regional capital Lublin. In 2005, the village had a population of 2,100. It is divided into two sołectwos: Adamów I and Adamów II. Formerly, between 1539 and 1870, Adamów had the status of a town.
