Arthur John Rosier was an American lawyer and politician who served in the Wyoming Senate from 1927 until his murder in 1932. Rosier was a member of the Republican Party and represented Carbon County in the legislature. He was also a prominent lawyer in Montana and Wyoming, and took part in several noteworthy trials.
