Magda Linette won the singles title at the 2024 Prague Open, defeating Magdalena Fręch in the final, 6–2, 6–1 to win her third career WTA Tour title. It was the first all-Polish final on the WTA Tour in the Open Era. Nao Hibino was the reigning champion, but did not participate this year. Laura Samson became the first player born in 2008 or later to win a WTA Tour main-draw match when she defeated Tara Würth in the first round.
