Sebastián Báez defeated Alejandro Tabilo in the final, 3–6, 6–0, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Chile Open. It was his sixth career ATP Tour title and his second title in as many weeks, having won the Rio Open the week before. Nicolás Jarry was the defending champion, but lost in the quarterfinals to Corentin Moutet.
