Proposition 3, titled Constitutional Right to Marry, is a California ballot proposition and legislative statutes that will be voted on in the 2024 general election on November 5. The proposition, if passed, will repeal Proposition 8 passed during the 2008 general election and amend the state constitution to declare that the "right to marry [for same sex couples] is a fundamental right", effectively allowing same-sex couples to once again marry.
