The 2013–14 UCI Africa Tour was the tenth season of the UCI Africa Tour. The season began on 16 October 2013 with the Grand Prix Chantal Biya and ended on 23 November 2014 with the Tour of Rwanda. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wore the UCI Africa Tour cycling jersey. Adil Jelloul of Morocco was the defending champion of the 2012–13 UCI Africa Tour.
