The 1927 Tufts Jumbos football team was an American football team that represented Tufts University of Somerville, Massachusetts, as an independent during the 1927 college football season. In their second year under head coach Arthur Sampson, the Jumbos compiled a perfect 8–0 record and outscored opponents by a total of 218 to 19.
