The 1899 Carlisle Indians football team represented the Carlisle Indian Industrial School as an independent during the 1899 college football season. Led by first-year head coach Pop Warner, the Indians compiled a record of 9–2 and outscored opponents 383 to 46. Frank Hudson was the quarterback and drop-kicker for the 1899 Carlisle Indian team.
